Deposits

GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant. If your balance has not updated after5 minutes, first check your GCash or Maya transaction history to confirm the payment was completed on their end. If the payment shows as successful in your e-wallet but is missing from Big 8, take a screenshot of the transaction and send it to support@big8.online with your Big 8 username. The finance team will trace and credit the deposit manually, usually within a few hours.
Withdrawals

Log in and go to the Withdrawal section of your dashboard. Select your preferred method (GCash is recommended for speed), enter the amount — minimum is ₱200— and confirm. If your account is fully verified, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed and arrive within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually take up to a few hours; PESONet transfers may take one business day.

Delays are most commonly caused by one of these: your account identity verification is still pending, an active bonus has a wagering requirement that has not yet been met, the withdrawal was submitted outside of standard processing hours, or the amount requires a manual review by the finance team. Log in and check the status in your transaction history. If it shows as "pending" for more than four hours, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

Technical Issues
