If multiple accounts are detected — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — Big 8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated bets or bonus claims. Your Big 8 account balance is held in Philippine Peso (PHP) at all times. Big 8 does not charge fees for maintaining an account, but inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may be subject to an administrative fee of ₱100 per month after a 30-day notice period.
Big 8 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Additional methods may be available as displayed in your account cashier at any given time.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your Big 8 account instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically credited within one hour. Big 8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya wallets are processed within five minutes in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers are typically settled within the same business day via InstaPay. All withdrawals are made in PHP to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
